MD Schulung & Beratung (Training & Consulting) was founded by Silja and Klaus Groenewold in 1993 as a training-only organization and as a non-trading private corporation (GbR). The private corporation soon attracted large-scale industrial enterprises as regular customers and on top of that MD continuously extended its portfolio.
MD Hardware & Service
In 1999 Mr. Onno Kromminga joined the private corporation as CEO and Head of Sales. As a result of this MD Hardware & Service GmbH (Inc./Ltd.; CEOs Klaus Groenewold, MBA / Onno Kromminga) and MD Schulung & Beratung GmbH (Inc./Ltd.; CEO Silja Groenewold, MBA) were founded. Today, round about 50 employees are working for MD in the various divisions of the corporation. The successful development of the past few years is due to the active training and extended vocational training of the employees and a sales team, which constantly meets the changing demands of our economic sector.
